QUASQUETON – Shelia K. Payne, of Independence, Iowa, and formerly of Quasqueton, Iowa, died Friday, May 29, 2026, at Prairie Hills Assisted Living in Independence.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. – Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at the Quasqueton Union Church in Quasqueton. Burial will be at the Quasqueton Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at White Funeral Home, Independence, and will continue for an hour before services, Wednesday, at the church.

Memorials will be directed to the church and to the Quasqueton Historical Society.
