Hazleton – Barbara Ann Kelley, 71 years old, of Hazleton, Iowa, died on Sunday, June 28, 2015, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa.  She was born on November 20, 1943, in Boston, Massachusetts, the daughter of Robert James and Elizabeth Rose (Sanuta) Dilts.  On November 19, 1983, she and Robert Dale Kelley were married at the UnitedMethodist Church in Hazleton.  Mrs. Kelley was a Clerk at the Buchanan County Treasurer’s Office in Independence, Iowa, until retiring in 2005.  She loved to spend time with her family and read novels.  She also collected cook books.

Mrs. Kelley is survived by her husband, Robert, 2 sons, Dan Hill of Waterloo, Iowa, and Michael Kelley of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, 3 daughters, Becky (Aaron Nelson) Buehler of Oelwein, Iowa, Lori (Tracy) Conrad of Independence, Iowa, and Lisa (Brian Lavely) Hill of Marion, Iowa, 1 step daughter, Tina (Rod) Boldt and 1 step son, Tracy (Loretta) Kelley, both of Toledo, Iowa.  She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 3 sisters, Diane (Gary) Spencer of Rapids City, Illinois, Gail Robinson of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, and Dee Bronken of Oslo, Norway.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister, Dorothy Schyvincht.
